Ce mode de r\u00e8glement est largement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 par le Cabinet ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019honoraire au temps pass\u00e9 : montant \u00e0 devoir en fonction du temps pass\u00e9 et du tarif horaire appliqu\u00e9 par le Cabinet, lequel indique le nombre pr\u00e9visionnel d\u2019heures n\u00e9cessaires au traitement du dossier. (judiciaire ou administrative) ou convoqu\u00e9e devant une Juridiction (judiciaire ou administrative) et dont les revenus sont insuffisants pour couvrir les frais de justice.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019aide juridictionnelle permet alors de couvrir <strong>tout ou partie<\/strong> des honoraires de l\u2019Avocat mais \u00e9galement du Commissaire de Justice mandat\u00e9 pour signifier un acte et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, des frais de justice qui peuvent \u00eatre engendr\u00e9s au cours d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire (enqu\u00eates sociales, expertises, \u2026).<\/p>\n<p>A noter que c\u2019est le Bureau d\u2019aide juridictionnelle du lieu du domicile du demandeur ou du Tribunal lorsqu\u2019il est saisi, qui statue sur la demande.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019aide juridictionnelle peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e totalement ou partiellement, \u00e0 hauteur de 25% ou de 55%.<br \/>Pour en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, il convient de remplir le <strong>CERFA n\u00b016146*03<\/strong> et de joindre les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019instruction de la demande list\u00e9es dans le <strong>CERFA n\u00b052347*03<\/strong>.<br \/>Soucieux de permettre l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la Justice pour tous, le Cabinet de Me DURAND KASMI accepte d\u2019intervenir \u00e0 l\u2019aide juridictionnelle.<br \/>Il convient alors de remplir un dossier d\u2019aide juridictionnelle, d\u2019y joindre toutes les pi\u00e8ces utiles et le retourner ensuite au Cabinet qui v\u00e9rifiera sa compl\u00e9tude et le d\u00e9posera directement au Bureau d\u2019aide juridictionnelle comp\u00e9tent.<br \/>En cas d\u2019aide juridictionnelle totale, aucune honoraire ne sera d\u00fb au Cabinet \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>exception du droit fixe<\/strong> de plaidoirie de <strong>13 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d\u2019aide juridictionnelle partielle, le Cabinet vous indiquera le montant des honoraires restant d\u00fb et une convention d\u2019honoraires sera ensuite
